"Truly the most pleasant Tapestry collection stay I've had. A gorgeous old property in downtown Omaha, well restored and with great décor and amenities. The details get noticed here, and it feels like staying in the grand old hotels of old — with that sense of space preserved. Super helpful staff. Some of the best valet service I've had in a long time. Just to note: Much of downtown Omaha is under construction for its streetcar project. That impacts the Hotel like all the other downtown hotels. Not their issue but simply to know for planning."
