"Hotel was clearly very busy and used a lot. It was surface clean but not clean. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Staff was inconsistent. Name was misspelled several times"

"This hotel was so cool. The extra wide hallways with a big photographs, the full on art, deco lobby, and Location all made this a great day. Staff was very nice and helpful. They got us checked in a little early. The rooms were big and spacious. "

"I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards."
