This apartment is very small, even for a studio, but it has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities!I definitely would not recommend it for a month or longer, though. The Murphy bed has a thin, rollable mattress so it can be stowed away when not in use. We brought a mattress topper which made it more comfortable, but overall I would recommend staying here for a week or two max. Parking was a bit of a struggle, as to be expected in Midtown. There is free parking during most hours of the day, but sometimes we had to move our car two or three blocks away to avoid a ticket. It's not a huge deal, and being able to walk places made that downside a lot more manageable. Highly recommend our host for their quick and friendly communication. He was always reachable and helped solve any issues that arose. ##### Rachel C. It was perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Neighborhood was a nice Blended community and it was very accessible to restaurants and river walking path. We had to be a little creative with parking but there was usually overnight street parking available. Our only complaints were the bed mattress was very uncomfortable, there should be blinds on the bathroom window because it's visible to other residences, and the shower nozzle did not have an off position.
