George at Front Desk and Becki in restaurant are exceptional! Thanks to them both, totally made my visit much better🤓 . . . the rooms are very clean and nice except the upscale mental-hospital-look decorating (or lack thereof) leaves alot to be desired?!🤔 why most everything in rooms are varying shades of brown including walls, floor, curtains, furniture😛. . . some scenic pictures of PA, Penn Harris, etc would be more than welcome, PLEASE! Kevin at Desk nice also

The staff was stellar and so was the conference food quality. I have only have 2 criticisms. 1: You need to erect "Check-In" or "Lobby" signs from the highway entrances directing customers to the Lobby and the Conference entrances. 2: Because I am handicapped and use a mobility chair, I had problems getting from the hotel into the conference center because the exterior ramp was covered with the overnight snowfall which made me late to register for my conference. I recommend either erecting a roof over this ramp or installing a sub-concrete heating element that will melt snow as it falls. The staff was great in clearing the snow with a shovel and helping me get up the ramp, but this did not happen until after the conference registration time.

Didnt get in till 11:30 pm, room was 59 deg F, could not get heat on. Staff came and set it, but 2:am was only 61 deg F. I finnaly fiquired it out and had room warmed up by 4:am. Left at 7: am and wont be back there again.

We liked the location, convenience to the Medical Building we had appointment at. We felt the breakfast ending at 9 AM was inconvenient and that there was no coffee available after that was unheard of. Needs some TLC to doors in the room.

The room was very clean & bed was comfortable. One of the biggest complaints would be about the tv. They are connected through directTV & about every 5-10 minutes the whole stay, it would go out of signal for a couple of minutes. Trying to relax at the end of a long day & watch tv made that pretty irritating. There was also some sort of event going on and it was pretty loud even around 11pm. The staff was very friendly and quick to check in and out. If they can figure out a better way to connect cable to the tv it would’ve been a much higher rating.

The place was filthy. Room was never cleaned in 3 days and had one waste basket. They did not appear to have enough staff and the ones who we met were nice but young with no direction. It has the potential to be a great place but until they clean it up we won’t be back.

Paper thin walls. Drunk couple in room next door up until 3am yelling at each other. Came out to vomit next to our car in the morning. TV somewhat snowy. Also advertised having breakfast, it is not free. Will not stay here again.

Gnat infestation in our room reported 5 times checked in Wednesday and reported. Reported Thursday morning, Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday evening and when complained then was moved to a different room and told they could not do anything with the gnats until we were out of the room. Should have moved us Thursday then. Ask for room to be cleaned was not cleaned had to request towels for our room. The communication from the staff or manager was non existent.

Great Location. Friendly staff. Small bathrooms. Issues with humidity in the rooms - no bathroom ventilation. Room was not completely cleaned prior to our arrival; we found meal wrappers from the previous guests on the floor next to the bed. Staff made a good effort but there seemed to be some challenges. Facilities were nice but are getting worn.
