"I initiated this review based on Expedia asking how my check in was. We checked in, late evening (just after 10pm). Went to our assigned room (after being asked if we really needed a double bed room - yes, that's what I requested/reserved). That room, upon opening, had someones suitcases present and it was obvious someone staying there. Thank goodness we were not walking into someones room. Back to checkin, they apologized got us a new room, but the whole time we are questioning security here, safety, etc but also stuck as we were here with thousanda across the city for a huge volleyball tournament (with kids) - and had no interest in the casino offerings, just a clean bed and bath. The hotel offered very little in regards to apology and 'said' upon checkout they waived the resort fee. But the price I paid was exactly the expedia agreed price. Because we were with other teammates, we did not move, but I couldn't recommend staying here unless you are here for the casino, which is not us. "

"If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like bedbugs. Some where still moving, They changed us to a different room, the new room that we went to was OK only reason why we stood was because every other hotel around us was fully booked. We did not have a phone in our room so that we will be able to call front Desk. We asked if we can speak to the manager. They said the manager wasn’t in until Monday. They gave us a phone number. Phone number does not work so yeah if I was you, I would not be booking at this hotel. "

"The whole place felt unsafe, gross, reaked of cigarette smoke despite many signs for no smoking. I felt itchy from the room didnt want to sit on the furniture. I would love a refund as I checked out immediately. I was charged for 3 nights. I want a full refund. "

"Really nice newly remodeled room just missing a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Other than that, would plan ahead and definitely stay there again."

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. "
