I have known this hotel for years. It’s been renovated lately which is a plus. Great food and good management who resolves small issues quickly.

Terrible experience - please avoid - overpriced
170 euros for a night in this terrible place? After seeing the property it's worth maximum 50euro... Seriously - please avoid. Staff rude at the front desk demanding "license plate" of your car - in response that we parked outside (parking cost, extra 9euros...) lady was super angry :). We will not come back - please check other properties in Harrachov or go on the PL side to get some quality and better service. PS. Salad at the breakfast almost developed a "civilization" :)

Property looks exactly as post soviet times. Rooms are small and without any special amenities as a standard of old times. Food is average quality with limited choices. Spa area has small sauna. Pool is cool for kids. Location is great and parking big enough.

Booked 3 rooms and pre-payed When arrived, I was refused to get 3 rooms (only two) although i've payed in advance. Took me about 30 minutes to convinced them that they have to give me 3 rooms.

Acceptable, well located, undistinguished.
This hotel offers a reasonable quality of accommodation, good enough amenities, a quiet and serene setting. you can drive easily to the various ski lift points. The food, though adequate in quantity, is given too little attention: cooking standards are noticeably low, ingredients are sometimes poor, the restuarant feels like a pleasant canteen, the staff (with notable exceptions at Reception and Bar) do not readily engage with guests.

It is a good property. Coming over from time to time. It is a hotel with the tradition having onsite everything you may be looking for (SPA, massages, pool table, fitness, swimming pool, whirlpool and outdoor sport activities). The customers services is nice. There's one thing for an improvement (24h-48h time reply to emails). A good variety of food. Nice kitchen chef speaking few languages helps to prepare something specially for the guests. I recommend this hotel to a friend.

No mountain view rooms available...
Booked a deluxe double mountain view room but none were available at check in. Room allocated overlooked the carpark and was small. Overall this 'Resort' is tired looking with staff that speak little to no English. Service was average as was the food and as such would not recommend half board option.

I am sorry you did not book the rignt room type as it might had been confusing while the room type names were changes last year to get consistent with the rest of hotels of our hotel chain. 3 day skiing trip with my sons. Staff were very helpful. Buffet style food was perfect for the trip.

Excellent customer service. The room was fine and hotel's facilities superb. Food was good but drinks diluted which we did not have to pay for so thank you. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend.

Nice resort hotel
Clean and pleasant place to stay to relax. The hotel amenities are great. There was a high variety of food selection to chose on each breakfast and dinner. The only problem was the car park full 24-hour with no slot to fit in. I overall recommend this hotel to a friend.

Falsches Zimmer, Probleme an der Rezeption
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Die Rezeptionistin hat behauptet, dass wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht haben. Es waren drei Gespräche nötig, um das gebuchte Zimmer zugewiesen zu bekommen. Wir waren nicht zum ersten, aber wahrscheinlich zum letzten Mal da. Wenn der Urlaub so beginnt, ist man nur noch enttäuscht.

Kvalitni hotel v Harrachove
Prijemna obsluha na recepci i restauracich. Hotel je v dobre lokalite kousicek do centra s krasnym vyheldem na sjezdovku a mustky. Jedna z matraci v pokoji by si zaslouzila vymenit. Jinak pokoj slusne vybaven prostorny. Bazen i vyrivka fajn, ale do 19 okupovan detmi, prodlouzila bych cas pro dospele. Do hotelu jezdi hodne rodiny s malymi detmi, maji tu velky detsky koutek. Snidane vyborne, siroke a skvely stroj na kavu. Vecere take dobre, jeden byl candat, druhy flank steak. Vino napr. Primitivo.

Hochzeitsreise Orea Sklar Resort Harrachow
Im Großen und Ganzen, war das Hotel gut, besonders die Verpflegung war supergut. Allerdings gab es drei, für uns entscheidende Makel. Das hoteleigene Schwimmbad war sehr klein und das Wasser ziemlich kalt, der Fitneßraum war nur zu bestimmten, für uns uninteressanten Zeiten geöffnet. Das könnte man ändern, indem man einfach ein Türschloss, das mit der Zimmerkarte zu öffnen ist, anbringt. Die Sauna war für die größe des Hotels viel zu klein.

Schönes Sport, Ski, Wander oder auch nur zum Chillen Hotel Lage: Mitten im Wald am Rande von Harrachov ringsherum Berge, mit Blick zu den Schanzen und unweit vom Dorf Harrachov gelegen. Sehenswert die Mummler Wasserfälle. Zimmer: verschiedene Kategorien. Sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, Betten für uns sehr gut, Service: Freundliches sehr aufmerksames Personal, es wird sofort unbürokratisch reagiert (Zimmertausch wegen Buchungsfehler) Danke! Sehr gutes, umfangreiches Frühstück. Bei Halbpension gute Auswahl am Büffet. Kommunikation: WLAN sehr gute, stabile Bandbreite
