Fully equipped kitchen including breakfast area, dining area, living room, and bathroom (with shower) on first floor, two separate sleeping areas upstairs. Gas grill provided, kayaks available to borrow, ocean swimming is usually comfortable in July and August. The deck or fire pit are both great for relaxation. Peaceful, rustic setting with few neighbors. If you have toddlers or young children please contact owner - we did fine with our kids, but you'll want to know more about the outside areas.
