Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby.
Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay.
Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room.
Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

"After selecting pet friendly as a filter, this hotel came up and I booked it. After checking in (via a code as no reception area) they rang to say a cleaner saw a dog in my room and I’d have to move to another room and pay an extra $100 for having a dog. I refused as I had not been informed prior. ..."
