The home also includes a separate laundry room and private driveway for easy on-site parking. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Main floor: King bedroom with ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub, plus French-door access to the deck and gazebo. Includes a TV. Upstairs right: Queen bedroom next to a full bathroom (no TV). Upstairs left: Full + Twin bedroom (no TV). Loft area: Twin daybed overlooking the living room. The wooded yet mowed yard is perfect for a relaxed game night or outdoor play, with plenty of space to stretch out. We are a dog-friendly home and welcome up to 2 of your fury friends. Unfortunately, we’re allergic to cats so can’t offer the same welcome to them. We ask that your dog(s) not jump up on the furniture, including beds, stay within our yard, and that you clean up after them. Adventure is just minutes away with scenic hiking trails, river access for kayaking and rafting, and the charm of Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Nearby, explore Shepherdstown and Charles Town, or take a short drive to Loudoun County wineries, local breweries, horseback riding stables, and Downtown Frederick, MD. Leaving the property, turn left and take a 5-mile drive to Harpers Ferry or turn right and make the 7-mile drive to Shepherdstown. The house was beautiful—super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Shepherd University and just a short drive to Harpers Ferry. The hosts really went above and beyond by providing dog toys and even setting out water and food bowls for our pup, which was such a thoughtful touch. There was even a little basket of essentials in case we forgot anything! We also loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings—it was awesome. Communication with the host was great, and they were kind enough to let us check in early. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had—would recommend to anyone visiting the area! ##### Haley D. House was clean. There isn’t a dishwasher so washing dishes by hand on vacation isn’t my idea of relaxing. Main bathroom worked well for our handicapped daughter. Need a ramp to get into the house if you’re in a wheelchair. We would have been in a fix had we forgotten it as the front step to front door is not a regular size step. There is also an area coming from back door that is a lower level and that door is too small to enter. Pillows are really too soft so bring your own. House is tastefully decorated with not a lot of clutter which is a plus. Master bedroom could use a dresser with drawers. ##### Teresa S.
