Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!

Very efficient check-in/check-out process as it was all automated, location was directly across from the terminal we needed to be at, room was clean and very spacious and modern.
