"We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The bedrooms are really big and spacious, and each one has its own bathroom, which was great for our families – no waiting in line in the morning. "The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful! The housekeeping staff were terrible. We asked for stay over service for all 5 days of our stay. We received service on one day out of the five despite our repeated requests to the front desk and housekeeping. One day the lady came into our room as we were leaving. I specifically asked her to make the bed. Despite telling us she would make the bed and walking towards it, the bed was not made when we returned to the room. One day they even put a do not disturb sign on our door. A lady from the front desk accompanied us to our room on that day. Our do not disturb sign was hanging on the inside of our room. The sign on the outside of the door was from another room. The front desk person said housekeeping does those kinds of things all the time."
