Cozy Family & Dog 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home

  • Minutes from Fort Cavazos with easy access to Waco & Austin. Fenced yard for dogs and kids. Grill burgers on the covered porch and lounge around the firepit. Close to shopping and far enough from highways to be quiet. Two nearby lakes for fishing, boating, and outdoor fun. Indoors enjoy the large rain shower off the first floor master. Three bedrooms upstairs sleep six. Great high-speed internet in loft office. Kitchen stocked for meal prep or visit great nearby BBQ, coffee shops & restaurants.
    The space
    Mid-century modern inspired four bedroom two-story home. First-floor master bedroom has an attached bathroom with large rain shower. Open floor plan living area dining and kitchen. Three bedrooms upstairs and one shared bathroom and office loft.
    Guest access
    Make yourself at home in the entire house and yard. New laundry area is in the garage along with outdoor chairs & Croquet set. Please respect our half of the garage and do not access our car or anything beyond it in the garage.
