Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time. The kayaks also a plus. The fire pit was fun too! The only “down side” is Hardy itself.its not bad but it is tiny and I feel very out of the city and a little out of place there. If you don’t plan on leaving the location it is five star!!! But if you plan on getting out, the location is not as ideal. Would rather be at Hot springs, Mountain View, or Eureka Springs if you want a cute city to tour. Since my goal was to relax and stay as much as possible, we were completely pleased. Rate was good.
