Great stay

We were under the impression when we booked that it was a house. However it was a duplex and we had both sides. It worked out fine was just a little disappointing we weren’t all under one roof. The manager was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful. The lake is beautiful and we woke up with ducks and geese right out the back door. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Had a wonderful time. We came to float the Spring River. The property was beautiful. The lake was picture perfect. Kayaks on the property were fun! I caught a couple of bass and bluegills! The porch that wraps around the house is so nice for grilling and drinking your coffee first thing in the morning! We loved the goose and her duck friends! Definitely worth the stay!

The property manager was extremely helpful. We got there a bit early and called, and he opened the doors ahead of checkout time. Everything was as advertised, and extremely clean and functional. I would not hesitate to rent again. A great experience with an extremely helpful manager.

The property was well kept but keep in mind it is actually a duplex, when we look for a four bedroom we assumed it was all one unit not two separate units. We made it work but thought it was going to all be one big house.

Nice but not what it appears

This is not one big lake house like it looks in the listing. This is actually a duplex with an exterior connection via the deck. If you want privacy for your group, it’s good. If you want a big, shared open space for meals or socializing, not it.
