Location and cleanliness is excellent. Was disappointed there is not an actual table with chairs to sit and eat a meal. The high table with small flimsy stools is inadequate and uncomfortable. Also, sofa is terribly uncomfortable.

Cute little spot that's in the downtown area, close to a lot of good fishing spots. Had a really smooth stay. Host was very friendly and communicated well. Only complaint was how uncomfortable/cheap the furniture was. Not tall/big people friendly, we mostly just sat on the floor. Also, you will hear every word spoken and step taken by the folks in the room above and beside you. Keep that in mind if you're looking for either a quite place to stay, or if you're planning on being loud lol. Other than that, would absolutely stay here again! Would give it a 9/10 experience.

So the outside was sketchy but when the door opens its beautiful in the inside. The neighbors were pretty quiet even though the walls are thin. The only complaint I have was the one tv in the living room, I like a tv to play while i sleep not really a issue but if I would've noticed that in the pictures I would have just brought one from home. I'm normally not a sleep with the tv on person but in a new place it comforts me hearing it play so I don't question every sound I may hear while im sleeping. Other then that my stay was amazing the restaurant that was suggested was also amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. A good night’s sleep was much-needed and received after a very trying week! Very comfortable mattresses. All needed amenities were included and in working order. Possible considerations/suggestions - ceiling fans in the bedrooms and more comfortable living room furniture. But even as is, I would highly recommend!

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable A lovely stay! The apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival, which is always a relief. The location proved to be very quiet, with no issues from neighbors or street noise. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable visit to Arkansas. I appreciated the hassle-free check-in/out process as well. Would happily stay again.

All was good except for the living room. Furniture was uncomfortable to sit very long on. It was hard to read words on tv since it was smaller tv and so far from sofa. Bed was best ever slept on, and clean. Kitchen was nice.

The apartment was so nice and clean. This was our second time to stay here. The are is quiet. No complaints. Host friendly and helpful. We came up to visit a Grandchild and will stay here again. Price very fair. Bed comfortable, kichen clean and living space neat and orderly. Room much better than a hotel.
