9.8/10 Exceptional! (6 reviews)
So friendly! Liv and Sarah took care of my every need, going above and beyond to help with drink and food choices and to ensure my stay was relaxed, enjoyable and memorable. They went out of their way to help with my breakfast, as I needed to leave early the next morning. The food was excellent, the atmosphere warm and the wine choices expertly guided. I will not need an excuse to return!

7.2/10 Good! (160 reviews)
To make the hotel better it would be great to have a toaster available for breakfast time larger cups in the rooms and milk more accessible rather than keep asking for it
Apart from that it is in beautiful surroundings
And the staff do their best to be helpful

"This budget hotel was decent for the price, offering a clean room at an affordable rate. It was a convenient option for an early flight from Luton Airport. However, I felt very unsafe in the surrounding area, which significantly affected my overall experience. While the hotel itself served its purpose ..."
