Everything about our stay was fantastic, the owner was very helpful and friendly. Everything was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Plan on booking again soon!
Great place stay while exploring and seeing the beautiful area. Really enjoyed the Elk and Bison prairie and the rest of the area. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and then the Pond restaurant was excellent! Host was great
Very clean and nice. Parking next to the door made loading and unloading easy. Quiet area. Even though it's close to the highway we never heard the traffic. I would rent again.
We had a great stay for our 3-night trip. The host was excellent with communication and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. The place was extremely clean and well taken care of, which we really appreciated. They even had snacks available, which was very nice! The hot tub was a great bonus. There was also plenty of parking space, which was perfect for us since we had a vehicle pulling a trailer. That made things so much easier. It was a wonderful stay.
My husband and i stayed here, its very clean and cute. Even had really cute bunkbeds we didnt know was here. Even though pics show in inflatable hot tub, looks like they've upgraded to a real one, which was very nice and clean(besides the bugs that wanted to join me after i got in) just keep the lights off and its not so bad.
Overall we enjoyed it and would likely book again since its so close to our family here!
The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location both wonderful, however it is directly located off busy highway, you can't hear traffic inside though. I was very pleased there was an excellent restaurant in walking distance. Host was amazing! Evan left a few bottles of water and some chips. WONDERFUL experience!
From the day I booked up until check in, owner was very responsive in communicating all details and any questions I had. We were able to pull right up to the front door to park and unload luggage. Once inside it was cute, clean and cozy. Back patio was our favorite spot, lil sitting area and hot tub with privacy and well lit. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend get away.
The place was clean and the host was very responsive. We had a problem with the fridge and contacted the host and they had a new fridge at the door in 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
The place was very nice. Clean and airy. Easy to find. My only concern was the hot tub. The seats seemed to have sand all over them. All in all it was a great stay.
We had such a great time staying here! It’s a cute, renovated roadside motel that really surprised us in the best way. Super clean, comfy beds, and all the little extras made a difference—snacks, water, towels for the hot tub, and even cozy outdoor lights. The pictures matched perfectly, and everything felt really well cared for. We loved that there was a great restaurant (The Pond) literally across the parking lot—so convenient! Plus, it’s a great base for checking out the lake, trails, and town. Big parking spots right out front made unloading easy. We’d definitely stay again!
Clean property, easy access. Had a dehumidifier which really helped. Would have liked some paper towels and better options for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.

This place was clean and had what we needed as well as being close to the entrance to Land between the Lakes. The owner brought a new electric skillet so we could cook while there. Refrigerator worked great and the hot tub was nice. Porch light that shined through bedroom window was the only drawback and we used a blanket over the curtain to help block this out. Highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Land between the Lakes.
We had a wonderful 9 days here. Cabin is very clean, central location to all area attractions, and communication with owner was superb. We will be back over and over again!
