"We stayed here for one night during a two week motorcycle trip after riding the Million Dollar highway. We didn’t know that, except for the main road through town, all others are gravel which made it tricky to maneuver and park. The property itself was adequate and met our basic needs. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was subpar compared to the other places we stayed during the trip. We will probably choose someplace else if we come back."

"Could not stay out of the hot springs! Loved it and the views. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant on site for dinner as they did not have a kids menu, so we ordered an app and left to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was large and a good array of options. No elevators as I recall so if you have a ton of stuff or are out of shape, I'd ask for a lower level near the parking lot."

"We loved our stay at Matterhorn Inn! It was very convenient to park and walk to all the stores and restaurants in Ouray. The room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast at the Mexican restaurant a block away(coupons provided). The owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms are old but in decent shape and clean. Beds were very comfy. Pool area needed some help and the morning coffee was not good and the creamer was spoiled. Overall we had a nice time."

"We'd stay here again. Balcony overlooking the creek was nice and a quick walk to the springs and trailhead to the perimeter trail, plus another trail loop on the river. Staff was awesome and beds were comfortable."

"This is our second stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained that I felt safe going barefoot like at home. Room was nicely decorated and inviting. Ceiling fan, floor fan, and portable a/c unit, soft comfortable king size bed all made sure we had a great night sleep. Even though the room faces the main road into town, we slept like a baby. Bathroom was a good size with a comfortable inclined back tub. S'mores provided for the evening fire pit and the next door restaurant's (The Smokehouse) breakfast was excellent. This place has every thing!"

"Tons of charm and great character. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa downstairs is really wonderful and the sauna was like new and got nice and hot. Much needed after a hard day of hiking. The bar and restaurant were good and the outdoor patio with heaters was great for unwinding and watching the sunset and mountains. Best of all was the staff. Super helpful and everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make sure their guests have the best possible experience. Shout out to Kelly - an absolute star!"
