The room did look larger in the pictures online but the hot tub area could not have been better. We enjoyed our stay. Just as a note, if you are planning on staying and have a larger vehicle the parking lot can be a little bit tight. We stayed only one night, but it was quiet and comfortable. The town is a quick walk away - and the town is absolutely amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Parking spots were a bit tight, but we parked and our car stayed put for the most part. We had a great experience here and would definitely book again if we have the opportunity to come back to the area. I had an absolutely amazing stay here and would book it again in a heartbeat. The host was really easy to chat with and the beach we were on was so peaceful.It is a very rocky beach so proper footwear is a must however, it was so peaceful. Although I didn’t get a chance to stop in as we were there for a wedding, there is a fish market across the water where the boat dock, as it is a little fishing harbor. Boats come in and out often and drop off their load and go back out again in the morning. Lastly, the property was very clean with lots of firewood to burn in the cooler months.We were very comfortable there.Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon." We never even investigated the lower level! Excellent communication with hosts, who even left a lovely welcome gift. Staying here was a last minute decision and I’m glad it was available, given that it was a Canadian holiday. (If you plan to cook make sure to bring all the ingredients you need as the kitchen is well outfitted with dishes, pans and appliances, but not the basic cooking spices/oils). We would definitely book again the next time we are in the area.
