Thanks for your feedback and sorry that your stay was not pleasant. Please note that we are in the Northern Suburbs of the town, which is about 20km from the airport. Regarding the mode of payment, please note that we have an option to pay directly to the expedia platform. We will look into the hot water issue, but we have geysers that operate on electricity and generator.
Cleanliness was so amazing from the garden, lounge area,rooms, bathrooms and toilets. The place needs to look at offering better meals or setting a good restaurant on site as well beverages
I booked a family double or twin room. When the guys got to the accommodation, the room was already booked. I was charged for this room but got a smaller room. I want to know if I will be refunded?
It was dissapponting.On checking in I was told that there was no record of my booking yet I had booked one week in advance resulting in paying more money.Was not provided with even a single bath towel .Employees need training on customer care. The rooms were hot and the cooling system was bad.
