"Great location, simple but clean and well-maintained room, and then the breakfast... Quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've had anywhere. They take breakfast seriously here, and one of my lowkey favorite memories of the trip was starting each day with a fantastic Norwegian breakfast spread and a view of Mount Fløyen."

"The hotel is very nice and very well appointed. The rooms are nice although the bathrooms are on the small side. The breakfast was excellent, and tea and coffee were available throughout the day and evening in the lounge area. The staff were very helpful and recommended various restaurants for us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Bergen and would hope to stay in the Thon Orion again."

"Great location in Bryggen with the waterfront just outside. Fish market about 6-8 minutes away! Great staff and the offerings of both dinner and breakfast are fantastic. Not Michelin star quality cuisine, but considering both are included in the cost of your stay , simply outstanding value. The lobby is very nice to socialize and relax . Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Airport shuttle bus stops right across from the hotel! Easiest way to reach the hotel. Great shops along the waterfront for shopping and can also walk to Bergen train station in 15-20 minutes, about 1.3 miles away."

"Excellent , central location, comfortable room, modern look. There was a squeegee in the shower for removing the excess of water off the floor, I guess. I found that funny... Better, install a door for the shower stall."

"Beautiful hip hotel in a great location. The lobby is bustling with activity. The breakfast was great. I am disappointed that I booked the hotel for the spa but it required an additional fee to use it. How bizarre."
