You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment with backyard and deck access.

This apartment is fully renovated and furnishedwith new pieces. It is located on the ground floor of a private home, with its own covered exterior entrance. Luxury vinyl flooring in every room, seperate heating and cooling zone and plenty of natural light. The bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a tall dresser, reading chair and a large walk in closet with drying rack and hangers. Tinted windows and blackout shades, curtains and a ceiling fan make the room comfortable day or night.  
The bathroom is also fully updated, featuring a walk-in tiled shower, Italian cermaic sink, a full length mirror and linen closet.  
The kitchen has everything you need, full sized refridgerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Dishes, cookware, bakeware, utensiles, and food storage containers. New granite countertops get lots of natural light throughout the day.  
The livingroom includes a comfortable leather couch, a lift top coffee table that doubles as a desk, a smart TV console with Bluetooth fireplace. A sony 4K HD Smart TV gives you access to Netflix, Hulu and Prime.  
The enrty way closet adds extra storage..  
The apartment is located less than 20 miles from 5 different Hospitals.  
Codorus State Park is walking distance away.
