Host was very Misleading

We were to stay nearby friends at Eagle Ridge Resort. The property was no where close. The host said to checkin at the eagle ridge hotel. They are not connected nor affiliated. Completely different “hotel” part of another group that’s not listed anywhere on the reservation. The hotel was filthy, the sheets had blood on them, the appliances didn’t work. The hot tub did not work. The pool tiny. I reached out to the host 2x. No response. At minimum I should get the cleaning fee back given the room was never cleaned. Disappointed. I’m a mom that traveled with my two daughters.

Good experience

One caveat was the siding was being replaced and there were people working and boom trucks outside our room so we couldn’t open shades.

Very nice place

Everything was nice except internet was down for most of our stay due to storms in the area. The water was strong smell due to being well water. Loved the location and very friendly staff. Nice pool,,hot tub,game room, and fitness center.

Really enjoyed our stay! The unit was stocked with everything we needed, including a deck of cards! It was roomy and clean. We will certainly stay here again!
