Very nice view and excellent customer service. Staff is extremely helpful and check-in process was very quick. They allowed us to check in 2hrs early when the room is available. A bit noisy as we stayed at 2nd floor so if you want quiet room ask for higher floor. Highly recommend this place!

This is a great choice if you need for the night a Hanoi apartment reasonable close to the airport. Since the path on WESTLAKE towards the Pagoda is a lovely relatively calm and scenic beloved running and biking destination staying in this Hotel will allow you to go for a lovely early mornings run or a romantic late night stroll. Recommend

Overall I was very happy with the room and the views overlooking Westlake were breathtaking. Thank you Thomas for excellent local recommendations, extremely helpful Hotel Manager. I spent a couple of days fully in the room as I was sick so sadly could not explore Hanoi. The bedroom is in need of refurbishment: damp mould cracking at the base near the TV and bathroom and cracked walls were slightly off putting. But the room is large enough that you can forgive some rough patches. Note: access to the property is not ideal for people with mobility issues or large heavy suitcases as you have to climb up a few steep stairs to check into one building before leaving to check into another building with more steep stairs. The concierge did help with my luggage on check-in but I had to struggle by myself on departure. There is a lift inside the main building to the room but getting there is a problem. For travellers wanting to explore and walk around the area (recommended), loads of local restaurants to try. But note the roads are very dangerous and busy with no pedestrian crossings anywhere - be very careful on public roads trying to navigate crossing the street with cars and motorcycles not stopping!!

房間乾淨，湖景房可以感受到很chill的氛圍！ 公寓式的房間基本洗衣機及煮飯的爐子跟鍋子都有，不過因為短期住宿所以沒使用到。 房間夠亮、浴室水柱也夠強，溫度適中，設施基礎但是十分舒適。 飯店工作人員笑容可掬，熱心解決我的提問，特別感謝Ms.Juleen Nguyen，過程快速且專業，貼心且細心！

호수뷰라고 다 호수뷰가 아니더라고요. 슈피리어 아파트는 생각하시는 호수뷰가 아닙니다. 디럭스 아파트로 하셔야 호수뷰 입니다. 그리고 객실 침대 커버도 교체 안하고 사용하는 지저분하고 심지어 핏자국도 있었어요, 욕실 샤워부스느뉴구석구석에 곰팡이 엄청 많았고요. 거실등 하나는 안 들어 와서 어둡고, 정수기는 있는데 사용하려고 하니 소음 장난 아니고요.. 예약에 참고하세요!
