But days before NYE, the keycards weren’t working and no one could get in their rooms - so they gave us actual keys. Also, on NYE - staff barged into our room while we were in bed. Funny enough to leave us a gift - and wouldn’t leave without giving it to us. Terrible timing and no knock. Would I stay here again? Near Hồ Hoàn Kiếm (還劍湖）, it is about 10-15 mins walking. For the hotel, room is clean and looks decent even though it was developed in 1994\. Just I think the air con shall be changed as the sound is too loud. Staff is helpful in general. I encountered problem with Grab outside the hotel and the staff came out for help.
