After having a terrible experience with another hotel listed on Expedia, we were in a very difficult situation, so this place felt like a lifesaver to us. The location was very convenient—within walking distance of the Old Quarter, yet slightly removed from its hustle and bustle. Our room had a balcony and double-glazed windows, so we couldn’t hear any outside noise. Having breakfast included was also a great help. But days before NYE, the keycards weren’t working and no one could get in their rooms - so they gave us actual keys. Also, on NYE - staff barged into our room while we were in bed. Funny enough to leave us a gift - and wouldn’t leave without giving it to us. Terrible timing and no knock. Would I stay here again? Old town/french quarter oli sijainti ja suurin osa nähtävyyksistä oli tavoitettavissa kävellen. Hotelli ei ole aivan tuore, mutta kaikki oli siistiä ja viihtyisää.
