The hotel is on a small street away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, so when you get to your room after a busy day of sightseeing, you feel right at home. The spa with massage treatments is an added plus. Had a great foot massage after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet is great with good variety of food. The breakfast had many options and was great. The room was clean within comfortable beds. It had a view of the cathedral. This landmark makes it easy to navigate when walking or booking a Grab for transport. There are also a million excellent restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is renovated inside but retains some of the old colonial charm, the room was clean and the beds were comfy (excellent pillows!). The included breakfast is well worth it, their noodle soup is delicious and even our picky kids found stuff they liked at the breakfast buffet. Betjeningen var i top. Værelses var som sådan også fint nok, men værelset lå ud til en meget trafikeret vej klods op ad en kirke og som nabo til et spillested, hvor der blev spillet musik hele dagen.
