The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is " cooked to order" and very tasty. Excellent location - near all the action in Old City Centre but on a side street- a little quieter. The staff went above and beyond and dis a great job. They helped arrange several transfers - from airport, to/from Halong, to/from SaPa, around town. The rooms are on the smaller side since it is jn the city center, but that was not an issue for us- they were very clean. Good breakfast. It is in an incredibly central location that makes walking around the Old Quarter very easy and we stopped back multiple times during the day to take a break from the heat. It is in the heart of the city but on a quieter side street that meant almost no noise reached our bedroom (which faced the street). The room was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities and a beautiful bathroom. AC was perfect. The hotel arranged an airport pickup that just got added to the bill and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. An elevator and the included breakfast (cooked and buffet) were nice bonuses. El trato del personal espectacular, nos ayudaron con todo, nos guardaron las maletas cuando fuimos a Sapa, nos ofrecieron ducharnos antes de tomar el bus nocturno y nos dieron el desayuno para llevar el dia que salimos temprano a Halong Bay. Si bien la habitacion no es muy grande, tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpia, camas muy comodas y la ducha es espectacular. Esta super bien ubicado, nosotros caminamos hacia todo lo que quisimos visitar y por las noches estabamos a un paso del mercado nocturno.
