Yes, the hotel is located by the bridge but you have to get a taxi or grab every time you want to go into the old quarter/city centre as there is no feasible way to walk across. The room itself was technically clean, but it smelt very strongly of mould which made us feel quite sick and was definitely off putting. If you want to stay in Hà Nội I would recommend staying in the Old Quarter or surrounding as you’ll pay around the same price (if not cheaper) for a room and be able to save the money on transport. I have been travelling to many countries and even stayed at hostels which had held better standard than this so called hotel. (Which the signs outside says motel, but this ad says hotel). The bed was hard, it says queensize but in reality two clapon beds pushed together. In order to get hot water for shower you have to press on a switch and wait 30 minutes, which is really weird and the first time im experience it on a hotel.
