Everything you want to see in the Old and French Quarters are walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but you can hear street noises. Our room had a kettle, fridge, a closet with hangers and a safe. Breakfast was included and provided from a restaurant a few doors down. What a great hotel in a perfect location! The front desk addressed me by 1st name my entire 4 night stay and helped me book an incredible day trip to Halong Bay for only $43 which included a buffet lunch. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Hanoi.
