Nicely decorated and clean hotel with a great location in the middle of Hanoi old town. The bed was comfortable and the room had a cozy balcony to the street. Breakfast reasonable. Recommend Commendable. Fantastic cozy town with great charm, really Vietnam at its best. Many cozy eateries and easy to get around by bicycle taxi and on foot. Visit the area where the train passes close by while enjoying a cup of Vietnamese coffee.

-Location was super great, everything is within walking distance -there's a hostel/bar next door so expect lots of noise -Staff could be more friendly -Room has no windows. I'm claustrophobic and requested a room change. Of course they asked for additional charge which doesn't make me feel good. I think they should specified the details on the booking that there's no windows....maybe some compassion thoughts would be nice. -Breakfast was mediocre

Cheap good location

The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very odd. The shower and toliet is on top of One another and the ceiling has some mold from the water hitting it. It very well located so you can walk everywhere. Staff is friendly and great free breakfast.

先週ほぼ１週間、利用しました。 スタッフはとても親切で、チェックイン後に初めて外出する際も、向こうから話しかけてくれてマップをもらったり、他にも相談しやすかったです。 場所はとにかく最高。 旧市街地を十分楽しめます。 でも夜はたしかに近隣のバカ騒ぎな音が微妙に入ってきますが、ヘッドホンなりなんか着ければまるで聞こえなくなる程度です。 繊細な人は何かしら対策グッズ持ってけばOK。 近くに空港からのバス停もあるので、行きも帰りも35,000ドン！(タクシーだと400,000ドンくらいかかるらしい！) 初めてのハノイ、ここを拠点にして本当に良かったって感じでした。

Couldn’t accommodate us till after 7pm!!

The hotel was fine except for the fact that they couldn’t accommodate us till after 7pm!!! We first arrived at 4:30pm. We were told to keep coming back every half hour. They informed us the first time we returned that if we wanted to pay extra to upgrade our room they would accommodate us sooner or else it would be another 30 minutes. We continued to wait and were eventually accommodated. We would have contacted hotels.com for help but we were out of the country and had no access to phone signal and the hotel wouldn’t give us the WiFi code until we were checked in. We were very tired and upset that it took so long to get a room when check in time was many hours before our arrival.

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter

Nice hotel, the room we were in for the first night was a bit noisy so they moved us with no hassle. Breakfast was really good with lots of options.

The hotel is right at the center of Old Quarter (location is great if you want to be in the middle of actions, but it can noisy). The room is ok, I have reserved a suite with city view balcony but it seems a junior suite instead (a bit smaller compare to standard suite and no city view or maybe a glimpse of city view in a corner). Room is clean but basic (not luxury feelings). Staffs are nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was okay. We had a room with a balcony facing the street so it was very noisy at night when night life started. We booked two separate date stays with the first room not so good. The shower in the bathroom did not have a divider so the whole bathroom was wet when taking a shower. The second room was located more in the back of the hotel and was much better and less noisy. Hotel located very close to night market.

旧市街の中にあるホテルで、分かりずらい場所ですが、事前に地図に場所を登録しておいたので、Ｌｏｎｇｂｉｅｎバスターミナルから、ＧＰＳを利用し迷わずに到着できました。 ハノイは、旧市街が絶対に楽しい。ホアンキエム湖までも徒歩１０分くらいで。

We loved the central location of this hotel. Hides amongst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi it was a very friendly and calming escape. It was walking distance to everything and the staff were extremely helpful. Only downside is it is next door to a backpackers so when they are partying you can here it but most of the rooms are double glazed so the hotel does their best to block out the noise.
