Since it was midnight like 2am we decided to stay and get to sleep to our original room because we have a tour in the morning. Clean and tidy hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi close to the lake. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. View over lake at breakfast was amazing. Hotel close to shops and markets, area easy to get around once you have street map, ask at front desk.
