Central Old Quarter!

We had a great stay in the Old Quarter at San Boutique. Very friendly staff, and very centrally located. They also offer an amazing breakfast included with your stay!

A great hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter!

This hotel is has friendly staff, is clean and modern, and has a great breakfast. It is very centrally located and they have rooms with a balcony to allow you to relax but still enjoy watching all of the excitement of the Old Quarter. Great restaurants close by and a Night Market every weekend! We used it as a base to travel back and forth to Sapa and Halong Bay!

Wonderful Hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake

My four night stay at San Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The location was near the lake with many restaurants, shops and spas but on a quiet street. The front desk, door men and kitchen workers were all very helpful and kind. I was always greeted with a friendly smile as I passed through the lobby. I would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel and or an agent than Zoey is your go to. She gave us local information and useful tips for traveling around Vietnam, helped us to organise Ha Long Bay tour, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Hue, Da nang, Hoi An and Mekong Delta Trip. Our trip was seamless and very enjoyable. The hotel is clean with a contemporary touch, rooms are spacious with toiletries Weekends the roads are closed so scooters and cars are banned so walking is pleasant Breakfast is very good we couldn’t get enough of the fresh fruit

A two night stay in a triple room. Comfortable beds reasonable size with a balcony. Some hot water issues. Staff were great. Special mention for Cara, she is an absolute delight and made our stay a pleasure. Long, the doirman went above and beyond to assist. The hotel is very conveniently located but that does mean a little noise at night. Breakfast was very good.

The place to stay when visitong Hoian

The hotel is ideally placed, smack in the centre of the old town, while still remaining calm and quiet. The staff treated us great, and always welcomed us with a smile and the offer to help with whatever we might need. Charlie, Kylie and their team all made the experience great!

As a chef who has worked in many hotels in Australia over 30 years, I am so surprised by the Vietnamese hospitality. More than happy with the price. Better service and value at this hotel. Cara, the manager, only 22 years old, good English was particularly helpful. 5 stars for Cara. Will stay at this property when next in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff. Great breakfast, Vietnamese food & western.
