スタッフはとても親切な一方、設備の老朽化が気になる

2回目の利用です。日本語を話せるスタッフがたくさんいて皆さん非常に親切です。今回は設備の老朽化が少し気になりました。浴槽に割れがあったり、シャワーを使用した際の浴槽外への水漏れが少しストレスでした。ただ、スタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしいです。

5泊しましたがシャワーの蛇口にゴミが詰まって、固まっていて気持ち悪く、シャワーは一度も利用できませんでした、写真にも納めてあります、日本に帰ったら本社に気をつける様話します、フロントに連絡しましたが対応しませんでした、8階です、価格ありと思いますが最悪でした。

深夜到着便のため寝るだけ目的で一泊しました。設備のコンディションは古い所もあるけど、この値段なら許容範囲です。利用できる時間は限られてますが大浴場があるのは高評価、スタッフさんも丁寧である程度日本語も通じるので安心感があります。客層は日本からの出張ビジネスマンが多いのかな。客室は狭いです。

105号室最悪です。外の音、人の話し声などの騒音が酷い。外で寝てるようなものでした。部屋の変更をお願いしました 快く変更していただいたのは救いでした。
