Room was overall dusty, I didn't wanna see every corner so I just slept few hours. Shower was very centrally located in bathroom so everything got wet when showering. There was AC in the room which was great. Reception area was not clean and the person working behind the counter was having a conversation with someone else the whole time we were checking in. When we got to the room, it was filthy, air conditioner didn’t work and window was jammed open but bricked up (no light but exposed to outside air). The TV was also not working. We went to reception to ask to move rooms but the man on the counter either didn’t understand or didn’t care about the issues. Ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. This hotel is NOTHING like the photos. The hotel had overbooked the room that I had booked, so I didn’t receive the room I booked. What I did get was a small, dirty, ant infested room, that went from the front door, through the bedroom to the bathroom, so I woke up with multiple bites. There was also no safe in the room, as advertised.
