The receptionist is very friendly and greet us everytime we went in and out. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was good, the Manager and staffs is fast, friendly and attentive. I booked the deluxe room with Balcony. Strongly suggest to book this room although it would be nice if it comes with a bathtub. Very nice Hotel. Clean rooms, excellent service in the reception. Only minus was the restaurant, it seemed a bit too small for the size of the hotel. It was very crowded during the rush hour, i.e. 7.30-8.30, when most of the people need to go there before heading to see the sights. Many items were running out at the same time and one had to wait to find a place to sit down.
