And, if the receptionist decided or being instructed to retain the guest's passport upon check in, THEY MUST REMEMBER to return it during check out! Staff is incredibly unprofessional. Stayed here a couple days. I will Never will go back. One evening a male staff member greeted us in the lobby shirtless. Another male staff came to our room to fix the TV. He unplugged the electronics a said he need to wait 10 minutes. They found our it after 30 minutes later but double bed was not available then they assigned twin bed for us. We was unhappy but still stayed with them. At night, we took a shower but shampoo was not available. We called reception and they said that "we are new hotel so shampoo is not available". However, there's no indication that the hotel was still under renovation until I arrive the city. The hotel staff has arranged another accommodation on that day.
