The hotel’s staff was great indeed they greeted us with big smiles at anytime we came back our room and which made us feel impressed on it and never forget all moments the staff helped us with transport to the train station and gave us a ride to Hoan kiem lake for free of charge which was amazing and experience i feel like being at home especially they always called us by name. Hotel location is the best in Hanoi very closed to Bat Dan Pho noodle , we love Pho very much and all vietnamese foods😋😋😋😋 further more hotel staff did invited us join their lunches and this was fabulous they cooked themselves and we ate together. Our room was bright and big with a huge balcony overlooking busy street and city view !!! I will definitely come back to Exclusive hotel next time and highly recommend this for everyone coming to Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom.
