We booked the same day as arriving and the hotel staff were very efficient in arranging our airport transfer (at the minute!). The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hanoi but unfortunately the room had no windows and was very humid with damp patches in various places on the walls. We were bitten by mosquitos. The breakfast was very poor.
