The air conditioner hasn't worked under some cold weather like 10 degC and in the bathtub the hot water had stopped when filling then it was cold to use it. We were given breakfast and had the option to even shower and freshen up while he got our room ready. Both the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. For the price you pay, the rooms are good and well kept. We were surprised when we got into the room at how big it was. Breakfast is good and all staff are very friendly. They helped us book a boat cruise and while we were on the cruise we realised we had paid a very cheap price compared to some others. We booked an extra night once back from cruise and were given a very friendly welcome back by all staff. Vi hamnade visserligen på ett annat hotell av samma ägare eftersom det blivit knas med rummet (inte hotellets utan en gästs fel), men spenderade ändå tillräckligt med tid på hanoi city hostel för att bedöma. Rummen var fräscha, bra wifi och ägaren ms. Moon är otroligt hjälpsam. Frukosten är rolig (man får välja en maträtt och en dryck, sen får man en banan också) och om man har tur får man ett extra bröd!
