All staff are amazing. The front desk receptionist, Jasmine was helpful and explain our check in details and offered airport transfers. Ana was also helpful when I asked questions from Expedia. Huang brought our luggages in our room and they also transfer our luggages the next day when we move to different room. Breakfast was buffet and made to order, everything was good. We were so close to many of the things we wanted. Restaurants, bars, the night market, and Hoan Kiem lake were all within a short walking distance. The staff here were truly some the nicest people we met in Vietnam. They are genuinely there to make sure you have a great time on your trip and do not hesitate to take all the recommendations that Anna gives you!
