Offers a fantastic breakfast-to-order. Staff helped give detailed instructions for a walking tour of Hanoi. Staff also helped change currencies and book our tour to Halong Bay (albeit we weren't impressed by the tour provider, Viola Cruise.) Location is situated in the old center of Hanoi, perfect if you're a tourist. They provided great information about where to go in our limited time and let us store our bags before our room was ready for check-in. The room itself was clean with modern facilities. Breakfast was included, with a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options. The breakfast they serve is great - your choice of eggs cooked to order along with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and juices. The internet worked really well and our room was clean, comfortable and fitted with a safe and fridge. There is a tour desk in the hotel - we didn't use this but there were people available for any questions. They arranged an airport pick up and taxi for onward travel.
