Location is obviously good due to easy walking distance to many places to eat,shop or sight seeing. Room look better in pictures vs reality. Room cabinet top look heavily scuff up. Bed are comfortable. Some black mold on the shower tiles and near faucets. The 2 hanging lights by the bed nightstand are poorly placed. When i checked in they gave me a totally different room, way different than the pictures they have online. When i complained the next day they moved me to a different room. Which was pleasant experience. It's not that clean either. Seen insects in the room such as small cockroach, spider, ants. The staff were superb-always happy and ready to assist the guests. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were cleaned and modern. Cici booked our excursions to Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay and also arranged airport pickup and drop-off. Cici made it stress free for us. I checked out after 30 minutes of checking in found another hotel to stay. The hotel is old, tired and perhaps used to operate under another name as all the towels and floor mat had hotel Grace on it. The towels didn’t look clean and had a grey tinge to it. The shower taps were rusty and there was black mold in the corners of the shower. There was no place to put any toiletries in the shower so I had to put the shampoo, shower gel on the floor. There is no safe in the room.
