Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The waste basket in the bathroom had not been emptied but the housekeeping staff took care of it and apologized. Also the electric cord on the lamp on the nightstand was damaged and shorted out when I plugged it in. Got a shock from it. But again, the staff took care of it and was very apologetic. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost 80000 for cut gave 100,000 vnd with tip.
