The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . The water dispenser wasn’t replaced in the restaurant area. But the staff were really helpful fixing the things they could fix and helping us with flight information. Across the road is a great gelato place “La Milana”. In the bathroom, the shower was too narrow. It was also equipped with different options that I did not feel necessary. A larger shower would have been definitely preferred. The equipment in the main room (TV and TV channels, kettle, safety box) was not in excess but satisfactory. The bed was comfortable and the room had a sufficient light level. A larger desk and a comfortable chair (not a stool) would ease desk work. The breakfast was pleasing with good and various choices. Overall, it was a stay at reasonable price and with fair services.
