Breakfast serving is good with pre-order option available the night before as we had to rush to the airport at 7am the next morning. Water pressure in the hotel was the best i have had as compared to other hotels in hanoi. Room layout is decent and clean. The only inconvenience i had was the hotel was located in a no-car road zone. This makes it inconvenient to call a cab or minibus drop off especially for family with children or elderly. ##### STEVE Stayed 1 night in Sep 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 29 Jul 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 아주 좋았어요 아주아주 만족했어요! 서비스 정말 몸둘바 모를 정도로 친절하시구요. 외출할때마다 make up room 해뒀는데 항상 깨끗하게 청소해주셨습니다. 위치도 좋아요! 야시장, 맥주거리도 가깝고 호수까지도 10분 정도면 가구요. 바로앞에 반미 맛집도 있어요. 올드쿼터 내부라 여러모로 편리해요. 새벽 도착이라 24시간 프론트데스크인 것도 굉장히 좋았어요. I really like this hotel. The service was very nice, and the location is very convenient. It's basically close to every tour spot- the beer street, the lake etc. And the hotel was very clean.
