The guy on the front desk was very helpful, but he could smile just a little more

The hotel has changed hands since we booked and paid, the booking hadn’t been passed on so we were moved to another hotel, which was not at the standard we’d expected or paid for. Reception was apologetic and helpful but the place we were put up in was really poor
