Expect heavy traffic and noisy environment, Inner City travel cost in Hanoi outweigh your accommodation cost. Good Hygiene and room cleaning. If you want to sleep well and say nothing to anybody, please select this hotel. The reception stuff (young girl) couldn't give any advices with airport buses, with breakfast (there is no places near from which you can get breakfast) or with other things. I liked hotel room pretty much, but the service was awful.
