The hotel itself is clean, nicely furnished, quiet and with very friendly and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is fine, near lots of cafes on Viet Vuong, and good pho places up and down the street. The Old Town is a 20-30 minute walk, which suited me perfectly, as being right in the thick of the Old Town means too much noise, high costs and all that goes with it.
