Very happy! ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in May 2019 Verified ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 27 Feb 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 这样的酒店我不会再去第二次！ 网站上的酒店照片看着挺漂亮，实际上非常一般，酒店在一个很窄的小巷子里，车子都开不进去，周围环境很差。我在河内要住两晚，原来打算先定一晚，如果酒店好就再续订一晚，结果第二天我果断换了酒店，不仅是因为环境差，更主要的是因为酒店主人太不厚道。我的飞机是凌晨到河内，我特意通过网站客服跟酒店沟通预定接机和提前入住的问题，当时酒店给我的回复是会安排接机，没有说不能提前入住。结果当我们全家凌晨抵达酒店，大门是上锁的，酒店内一个看夜的起床开了门，找来了接待，接待说不能提前入住，说给我们发过邮件了，我查邮箱才知道，他们后来发邮件的时候我们已经收拾行装上路，根本没有看见。明明我们定的房间空着，店主却告诉我们说已经客满，让我们另外支付双倍的钱住另外两个小房间，不然就赶出去。我们请求在酒店大堂休息几小时，等待可以入住，店主很粗暴的拒绝，并赶我们出去，说如果我们不出去就叫警察。结果我们三更半夜被赶出这家酒店，只能临时到附近找个地方休息。这家酒店店主无非是想用这种非人道的方式逼迫我们多付钱，这样的酒店我不会再去第二次！ ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Feb 2019 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### S 19 Dec 2018 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities ホテルの位置がわかりにくく、ホテルの入り口までタクシーで来ることができない。ホテルがある位置はハノイでも外国人が少ない地域なのかほとんど見なかった。ローカルを楽しみたい人にはオススメ。また、5日間滞在したがベッドメイキングは無し。シャワーも熱いお湯が出る日もあればぬるい日もあり冬は少し大変かもしれない。寝るだけで値段重視の人は問題ないと思う。ホテルの従業員の対応は良かった。航空券のコピーが必要になったとき頼んだらすぐに対応して下さった。 ##### S Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2018 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### LaDuong 3 Dec 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Also price was very reasonable. The room was big and comftable for 2 adults and 2 small Kids. I didn't like the cigarrette butts on our bathroom window which were never cleaned and that we didn't get coffee bags every day. The breakfast was poor. Location is a problem since all tours pick up from old quarter. Breakfast I thought was ok, opted for noodles with beef, I had an egg sandwich type thing on my first night.
