The first room I was offered was appalling. The bathroom was absolutely filthy with ground in dirt! There was no wardrobe! I was offered 2 further rooms, same filth in bathrooms, the balcony on one looked onto a cement wall, and the other was full of rubbish. The third room and I guessed the last had to do. However, no wardrobe, again filthy and outdated bathroom. The uncleanliness is ground in dirt. Shower although over the bath leaked all over the floor. Bed hard as nails. I had paid for for a deluxe room with balcony. This is not my idea of deluxe. As in most places across Hanoi, wifi readily available. I stayed at A25 hotel Ba Dinh last year and it was excellent.
